Andy Claus

From monitoring the daily accounting activities of all Allied Residential properties, the corporate office, and accounting staff to supervising the production of timely and accurate financial reports, Andy directs the entire Accounting Department for Allied Residential. He brings over 27 years of experience to the team, with the majority of that time spent in the property management field. Andy previously held the position of RIM Center Coordinator for a national apartment REIT with accounts payable and receivable responsibility for properties in Seattle, Portland, and Salt Lake City. He also held the position of Portfolio Accounting Manager at Martin Smith, Inc. which managed commercial properties. His background in financial analysis and reporting is beneficial to both the management team at Allied Residential and to the valued clients.
