Joshua Schell

Joshua Schell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at DCI Group since July 2025, Joshua has previously held the position of Assistant Controller at Healing Partners from June 2024 to July 2025, and served as Controller at Terra Firma between June 2022 and May 2024. Additional experience includes multiple roles such as Controller at Fidelity Building Services Group and a range of positions at EBI, a Sterling company, where responsibilities included Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Accounting Manager. Joshua began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst with Transamerica from September 2009 to March 2013. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stevenson University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Harford Community College.
