Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel at Meta, focusing on strategic transactions and patent acquisition since May 2022. Cooper holds a position on the Board of Directors for Allied Security Trust, representing Meta, and is an author of the bestselling book "The Ethical Imperative: Leading with Conscience to Shape the Future of Business" since January 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Government Contracts Compliance at UPS, where significant legal compliance initiatives were implemented, and General Counsel for UPS Airlines, managing all legal affairs for the airline. Cooper has extensive legal experience in intellectual property and corporate law, with prior positions at Shook, Hardy & Bacon and The Coca-Cola Company. Academically, Cooper holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The George Washington University.
