Eliese Davis

Eliese Davis serves as the 2nd Vice President of Talent Management at Allied Solutions LLC since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Previously, Eliese held key roles at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, including Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Manager of Talent Development, focusing on aligning talent strategies with organizational goals and developing future leaders. At Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, Eliese was a Senior Manager in Learning and Development, partnering with stakeholders for an integrated learning agenda, and also served as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager in talent acquisition roles. With a background in recruiting from HR Dimensions and RepuCare, Eliese has a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting for healthcare and finance professionals. Eliese holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University.
