Melanie Chmielewski

Melanie Chmielewski SPHR has extensive experience in the field of total rewards. Melanie most recently served as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Allied Solutions LLC starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of 2nd VP of Total Rewards from September 2020 to April 2022 at the same company. From April 2012 to August 2020, Melanie worked at Ontario Systems as the Director of Total Rewards.

Melanie Chmielewski SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Melanie is also certified as a Senior Professional In Human Resources by SHRM, obtained in 2014, and as a Certified Compensation Professional by WorldatWork, obtained in 1996.
