Rob Pierson

Rob Pierson currently serves as the Regional Talent & Event Director at All State Game and as the Manager of Global Proposal Development at Allied Universal. Pierson has extensive experience in business development and management across various industries, including security, digital marketing, and sports. As the owner of Shine Basketball Academy, Pierson has cultivated a comprehensive player development program since 2000. Prior roles include General Manager at Denver Security Company, Senior Sales Manager at Blue Line Protection Group, and Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Vertafore. Pierson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
