Adam Roche

Adam Roche is an experienced security operations professional currently serving as an Assistant Site Manager and Training Manager at Allied Universal since January 2020. In this role, Adam oversees officer scheduling, local staffing requirements, and daily security operations, while also developing training programs and conducting employee evaluations. Prior to this, Adam worked as a Shift Supervisor at G4S, where responsibilities included managing security operations, training new hires, and overseeing the performance of security officers. Adam's earlier experience includes a Customs Protection Officer role contracted by Travelers Insurance and an internship with the City of Meriden Police Department. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of New Haven.
