Jerry Guess

Jerry Guess currently serves as the Battalion Chief at Burns Harbor Cliffs Fire Department and the Director of Security and Emergency Services for Allied Universal, overseeing security and fire department operations at the Cleveland Cliffs Burns Harbor Facility since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Department Manager of Emergency Services at United States Steel Corporation, starting in 2007 and continuing through the present. Jerry Guess holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph and a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix.
