Justin Soderstrom

Justin Soderstrom is a seasoned professional in security management and training with significant experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the System Director of Security for Adventist Health under Allied Universal, Justin oversees the Security Training Program and security operations for a comprehensive healthcare system that includes 23 hospitals and over 250 clinics. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Director of Training and Compliance, where responsibilities involved the development and implementation of security programs. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Justin rose to the rank of Sergeant, managing training and operational efficiency in a tactical environment. Additionally, Justin has a background in fitness training, having served as a Group Personal Training Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer at the National Academy of Sports Medicine while also leading a personal training business. Justin holds an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from West Los Angeles College.
