Terri Hooks

Terri Hooks has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Claims Assistant at Allied World Reinsurance Company since September 2015, where responsibilities include processing insurance payments and claims, as well as managing recovery payments. Prior to this role, Terri worked at ICA, LP from August 2005 to June 2015, focusing on the preparation and processing of nationwide catastrophe claims and assembling invoice bills from field adjusters. Educational background includes a diploma from Weaver High School and an Associate of Science degree in Law Enforcement from Illinois Central College, with further studies at Illinois State University and Pfeiffer University.
