Walter Chaname

Walter Chaname is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at Allied World Reinsurance Company since May 2012, where also holds the position of Deputy General Manager and Executive Underwriter. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President at Endurance from August 2010 to April 2012 and Vice President at Odyssey Re from March 2007 to July 2010. Walter Chaname holds a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del Pacífico and has further enhanced expertise with an FCIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
