Anthony Tellez

Anthony Tellez has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Administrator at Allied World since April 2014, where responsibilities include supporting 250 in-house and 500 remote users, including C-Level Executives, as well as organizing annual board meetings. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Systems Support Analyst at The Navigators Group, Inc. from July 2004 to April 2014, providing multi-level technical support for over 300 users and maintaining system efficiency. Earlier experience includes help desk support at SSR Realty Advisors, assisting 400 users with level 1 and 2 technical issues. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology Systems from Pace University in 2008 and completed high school at Rye High School from 1991 to 1995.
