Biju Menon

Biju Menon is an experienced executive in product management and digital transformation, currently serving as VP of Product Management and Transformation IT Delivery at Allied World since November 2022. In this role, Biju leads over 50 global delivery teams across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, focusing on enhancing core systems and implementing advanced technology solutions. Prior to Allied World, Biju held the position of Sr Director at Cognizant, where responsibilities included building digital assets for the Mortgage business, and served as Industry Principal at Infosys BPM, driving digital transformation projects in the financial services sector. Biju's extensive background also includes key roles at Infosys Technologies and other firms, specializing in client operations, reporting services, and credit analysis. Biju holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Madras and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
