Doreen Tan

Doreen Tan, IHRP-SP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Group at Allied World since December 2017, Doreen previously held the position of Vice President within the same organization. Prior to Allied World, Doreen was the Head of HR for APAC at Wood Mackenzie from May 2014 to January 2017 and served as Director of Human Resources at Raffles Medical Group from March 2012 to April 2014. Doreen’s career in HR began at SilkAir, where responsibilities included the dual role of VP Finance & HR from November 1993 to February 2012.
