Janet D. Moylan

Janet D. Moylan has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Janet D. started their career at Aon in 1989, where they served as Vice President for the Major Accounts Brokerage Division until 1993. Janet D. then worked at Willis as a Senior Environmental Consultant from 1993 to 1994. After that, they joined American International Group as a Vice President from 1994 to 2005. At AIG, they held various roles and responsibilities. Janet D. later joined XL Insurance in 2005 as Vice President for Distribution Management until 2011. Janet's most recent position was at Allied World, where they served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for North America Underwriting from 2012 until recently. In this role, they led cross-functional teams and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and transformation initiatives.

Janet D. Moylan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Bucknell University in the years 1985 to 1989. Janet D. later pursued further education, completing the CPCU program at The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters from 1992 to 1995. In 1991 to 1992, Janet obtained the ARM certification from The Insurance Institute of America. Prior to their university studies, they attended Western Reserve Academy for their secondary education, graduating in 1985. Janet also holds a certification in Transformational Leadership from LinkedIn, acquired in 2019.
