Kevin Hands

Kevin Hands serves as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Allied World since October 2019. With a robust legal background, Kevin held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Aeolus Capital Management from 2015 to 2018 and was Counsel in the Financial Institutions Group at Skadden Arps from 2006 to 2015. Earlier legal experience includes serving as an Attorney at Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, and as an Attorney Advisor at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 2000 to 2004. Prior to a legal career, Kevin served in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist 2nd Class from August 1988 to January 1997. Kevin holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law (1997-2000) and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University (1994-1997).
