Susan Rubino

Susan Rubino is an experienced Senior Executive Assistant with a proven track record in supporting high-level executives. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Allied World since January 2022, Susan previously held similar positions at AIG and EXL, where responsibilities included managing complex calendars, anticipating needs within dynamic environments, and enhancing the efficiency of executive teams. Notably, Susan supported both the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Digital Officer at AIG, as well as the General Counsel and Board of Directors.
