Raphaela Waefler has extensive experience in the hospitality and travel industry, currently serving as the Manager of VIP Concierge at AlliedTPro since April 2009. Prior to this role, Raphaela held positions including Operations Manager at Jet Tours from July 2005 to March 2009, Field Sales Executive at Irish Food Distributors for a brief period in early 2005, and Group/FIT Coordinator at New World Travel from June 2003 to December 2004. Raphaela began a career in leisure travel consulting as a Leisure Travel Consultant and Assistant to the Manager at Hotelplan, where work was undertaken from March 1999 to August 2002. Educationally, Raphaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality from KV Zuerich Business School, completed between 1994 and 1997.
