Priit Pavelson

Priit Pavelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and talent management. As CEO of Allies since August 2018, Priit has been pivotal in guiding the company's growth by assisting businesses in establishing talent hubs across Europe and offering strategic nearshoring consulting. Prior to this role, Priit served as a Consultant & Advisor at PP Konsult from January 2014 to June 2018, where expertise was applied in developing concepts and managing projects in retail, hospitality, and finance. Additionally, Priit co-founded iWorkinHotels during university studies and held a position in Revenue Management at Sokos Hotels, which marked the beginning of a professional career. Currently, Priit is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at Hotelschool The Hague.
