Allies for Every Child
Erica Vorfeld is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as the Director of Early Care and Education at Allies for Every Child since February 2017. Previous roles at the same organization include Early Education Administrative Manager, Early Education Manager, and Early Education Center Manager. Prior to this, Erica worked as a Teacher and Substitute Teacher at Children's Corner, where curriculum development for children ages 2-5 was a key focus. Additional experience includes roles at Stanford University Student Housing as an Assistant Front Desk Coordinator and as a Teaching Assistant at Bing Nursery School. Erica began their career as a Research Assistant at the Center for Infant Studies. Erika holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University.

At Allies for Every Child, we provide thousands of at-risk children and their families with critical, high-quality early education programs, family strengthening interventions for families at-risk of losing their children, foster care and adoption services, and a range of vital, integrated services, such as disabilities screenings/advocacy, nutrition, parenting classes, counseling, bilingual domestic violence classes, dental and vision screenings, and pediatric health consultations.
