Alexander Neal

Alexander Neal currently serves as the Director of Development and Marketing at Allies for Health + Wellbeing since March 2024. Prior to this role, Alexander held various positions at Winchester Thurston School, including Director of Philanthropy and Director of Leadership Philanthropy from March 2021 to March 2024. Alexander's experience also includes roles at the University of Pittsburgh as a Planned Giving Officer and Senior Development Associate in Health Sciences from October 2016 to March 2021. In 2016, Alexander was a Field Organizer and Staging Location Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and worked as a Leadership Gifts Officer for the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation from July 2015 to May 2016. Alexander holds a Master of Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh GSPIA and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Minor in Economics from Allegheny College.
