Karin Nordbladh has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Karin is currently the Director of Clinical Operations at Alligator Bioscience AB, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chair of LC136 Helsingborg at Ladies Circle Sverige from July 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Alligator Bioscience AB, Karin worked at Johnson & Johnson for over 14 years, from June 2007 to May 2021. During their tenure, they held the role of Clinical Study Manager and was responsible for global clinical trial management in the New Product Development department. Their expertise included phase 1-4 trial management, ICH-GCP compliance, clinical trial supplies management, and CRO outsourcing management. Karin also had experience in Consumer Health Care, particularly in the field of OTC products.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Karin worked at AstraZeneca as a Product Literature Specialist from June 2006 to May 2007. Karin also had a brief stint as a Product Specialist at PharmaRelations AB from January 2006 to June 2006.

Karin Nordbladh's education history includes a range of academic achievements. Karin attended Tipton Highschool in Indiana, USA as a YFU Exchange Student in 1996-1997. After graduating from Peder Skrivares Gymnasium with a Naturvetenskapligt Program degree in natural sciences in 1999, they pursued their higher education at Uppsala University. From 2000 to 2005, they obtained an MSc Pharm and Apotekarexamen degree in Pharmaceutical Biosciences. Karin furthered their studies in Clinical Drug Development by completing a postgraduate course at Uppsala University from 2005 to 2006. In 2004, Karin Nordbladh also had the opportunity to conduct a Master of Science (MSc) thesis on Clinical Pharmacology at the National Research Institute, University of Melbourne.
