Yujing Shan

Yujing Shan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, Yujing worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at StoneGround/Honest Living. From 2018 to 2019, Yujing held various roles at Goma, including Marketing Intern, Marketing and Operation Assistant, and eventually Social Media Manager. In 2021, Yujing worked as a Corporate Relations intern at KTH Foodtech and later served as a Marketing and Communication Intern at Hollbium. Yujing's most recent role is at Allihoop, where they started in January 2022 as an Operation, Sustainability, and Customer Success Associate and later transitioned to the role of an Operation and Sustainability Associate. In this position, Yujing is responsible for developing sustainability strategies, managing resident data, optimizing operation processes, and coordinating different departments to enhance the resident experience and community services.

Yujing Shan completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Yujing Shan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Landscape Architecture from Shanghai Business School, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Yujing Shan has obtained several certifications. These include an "Analyze Data with SQL Skill Path" certification from Codecademy obtained in July 2023, a "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" certification from LinkedIn obtained in June 2023, and a "Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate" from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) obtained in May 2023. Yujing Shan also obtained certifications in various other subjects such as green building concepts, customer success management, and ESG supply chains, among others.
