Brigitte Rath

Brigitte Rath, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Allina Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Brigitte held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at PeopleScout from August 2021 to May 2022. Brigitte's extensive career includes significant leadership roles at Mayo Clinic, where responsibilities included Division Chair of HR/Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources from January 2011 to August 2021. Additional experience encompasses the role of Director of Human Resources at Sawgrass Marriott from 2007 to 2009 and various Human Resources and Talent Acquisition positions at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from 1995 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Central Michigan University.
