Christy Dechaine

Christy Dechaine, LISW, MPH, is an experienced health professional currently serving as Manager of System Community Health and Measurement at Allina Health since July 2017. In this role, Christy leads community benefit and engagement strategy development, implements community health improvement strategies, and oversees the completion of community health needs assessments for multiple hospitals. Prior to this, Christy held various positions at Allina Health, focusing on community health initiatives, evaluation, and reporting. Christy also has a background in social work and public health, with extensive experience in community engagement, program evaluation, and addressing social determinants of health, supported by a Master's Degree in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology/Sociology from Knox College.
