Jeffrey Grizzell

Jeffrey Grizzell, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Performance Improvement Advisor at Allina Health since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of daily process improvement huddles for hospital staff. Previously, Jeffrey held positions as a Senior Quality Improvement Consultant and Quality Improvement Consultant at Park Nicollet Health Services, focusing on Lean methodology project management and improvements in primary care. Earlier experience includes roles at Allina Health in performance improvement and strategy deployment, and at UI Health in quality improvement-related tasks, including a significant project for the Department of Imaging & Diagnostics. Jeffrey also served as a volunteer examiner for the ILPEx Award Program and managed direct service staff at Misericordia Heart of Mercy. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago.
