Jen Bailey

Jen Bailey is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in total rewards and shared services. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services at Allina Health, Jen has held multiple key leadership roles including Vice President of Total Rewards and Director of Compensation. Additionally, Jen contributes to the community as a Board Member and Chair of Governance at Mission Animal Hospital, alongside serving as Vice Chair of the Governance Committee. Jen is also involved with TeamWomen and Chief as a member, and previously worked as a Director at McLagan. Academically, Jen holds a Master of Arts in HR-IR from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
