Kristen McHenry

Kristen McHenry, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Public Affairs and Community Engagement at Allina Health since April 2020, following prior roles as Director of Public Affairs and Director of Government Relations within the same organization. Previously, Kristen held the position of Director of State Government Relations at the Minnesota Hospital Association from January 2019 to April 2020 and worked as a Legislative Analyst at Allina Health from April 2014 to January 2019. Kristen's experience includes managing healthcare policy issues at municipal, state, and federal levels, along with strategic planning and advocacy on behalf of Allina Health. Early career positions include roles as a Policy Coordinator and Legislative Assistant in the Minnesota Senate from 2007 to 2011. Kristen earned an MBA in Healthcare from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and holds a degree from the University of Minnesota.
