Mallory Koshiol serves as the Vice President of Safety & Quality at Allina Health since September 2019, providing strategic leadership in patient and employee safety, quality, infection prevention, and accreditation. Concurrently, Mallory has held the position of Director of System Safety & Quality at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences since January 2019 and serves as a Clinical Instructor at North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy, Nursing & Allied Sciences since January 2021. Additionally, Mallory is the Chair of the MPH Advisory Board for the North Dakota Cancer Coalition since May 2018 and previously served as Chair at Sanford Health from July 2013 to August 2019, where roles included Director of Quality, Quality Coordinator, Administrative Intern, and Research Assistant. Early career experience includes working as a CNA at Country Manor Campus from May 2010 to September 2014. Mallory holds a Master of Public Health in Management of Infectious Disease from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University.
