Sarah Stumme

Sarah Stumme is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Allina Health since December 2013, Sarah leads various HR centers of excellence, including Talent-Learning-Culture and Labor Relations, while also being an integral part of the Allina Health Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at G&K Services Inc. from June 2011 to December 2013, and at BAE Systems from September 2008 to July 2011, where responsibilities included HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in HR Management and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
