Timothy A. Dwyer

Timothy A. Dwyer serves as the Security Lead / Sergeant at Allina Health, overseeing security operations at Buffalo Hospital and multiple clinical sites since July 2018. Prior to this role, Timothy was the Chief of Police for the City of Cambridge MN from May 2013 to November 2017 and spent over 23 years with the City of Ramsey Police as a Police Patrol Captain, where a focus on integrity and community service was emphasized. Timothy's law enforcement career began as a Police Officer with the City of Windom. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Bemidji State University, an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from North Hennepin Community College, and completion of the School of Police Staff & Command at Northwestern University.
