Karen Halls Jenkins has over 30 years of experience in the field of meeting planning. Karen Halls began their career in 1991 as a Meeting Planner for the American Galvanizers Association, where they were responsible for all aspects of meeting planning and acted as a liaison to association members. In 1992, they joined Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. (ORC) as a Meeting Planner, managing over 100 off-site meetings annually and gaining proficiency in project management, contract negotiations, and budget management.
