Melchor Robledo

Melchor (Mel) Robledo is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently, Mel is employed at Allison James Estates and Homes since February 2018. Prior to this, Mel served as a licensed real estate agent at Century 21 Preferred for 14 years. Mel also worked as a Senior Underwriter at Caliber Home Loans, where responsibilities included underwriting modification applications related to the Home Affordable Modification Program, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae. Additional roles include Loan Doc Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank and Mortgage Foreclosure Counselor at Operation HOPE. Mel started in the real estate field as a sales agent at Century 21 from 2003 to 2009. Mel holds education credentials from MiraCosta College, attended from 1995 to 1996.
