Michael Perez

Michael Perez is the Founder and Principal of Post Oak Recruiting, specializing in connecting high-caliber attorney candidates with law firms and companies nationwide since March 2021. Additionally, Michael serves as President of RPO Ventures, LLC, advising clients on business and real estate matters, and holds the position of REALTOR/Sales Agent at Allison James Estates and Homes as of March 2024. Previously, Michael was President of FEG Enterprises, LLC, overseeing legal, regulatory, and administrative activities related to agricultural investments. With extensive experience in real estate as a REALTOR/Sales Agent at various firms, Michael also held the role of Managing Director at HR Legal Search, focusing on legal placements, and served as Vice-President and General Counsel at Swank Sports, LLC. Michael’s legal career includes a tenure as Shareholder at McKool Smith Hennigan P.C., leading litigation teams on complex patent infringement cases. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
