Responsibilities include conducting open houses, managing client relationships, negotiating final prices, and marketing properties through various channels to maximize visibility. With extensive experience gained from PACIFIC INTER CAPITAL INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. since September 2004, Shelley successfully managed over 100 properties during the 2008-2010 financial crisis by working with major banks and asset managers.
