Tiffanie Needham

Tiffanie Needham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and local government. Currently serving as a Selectman for the Town of Rockland since April 2021, Tiffanie holds multiple realtor positions, including with Allison James Estates and Homes and Preferred Properties Realty since 2021 and 2017 respectively, along with previous roles at Jack Conway & Co., Inc. and Mariner Realty, Inc. Tiffanie began a career in marketing as the New Quincy Center Marketing Coordinator at Street-Works Development from 2011 to 2014 and previously led Tiffanie Williams and Co., Inc. as President from 1998 to 2010. Tiffanie holds a Master's degree in Writing/Publishing from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The Catholic University of America, along with additional publishing certifications from Emerson College.
