Lou Gilbert

Lou Gilbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product planning and sales leadership within the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Product Planning at Allison Transmission since August 2020, Lou previously held key roles including North America Sales Lead for Off Highway at Dana Incorporated and Director of Sales at Oerlikon Drive Systems - Fairfield Manufacturing. Lou's tenure at Allison Transmission spans over 17 years, where responsibilities included strategic marketing, global brand development, and new product development. Lou holds a degree in Power Technology Management from the University of Central Missouri and is pursuing a degree in International Marketing from INSEAD.
