Miniushka Hughes is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology at Allison+Partners since June 2022. Previously, Miniushka held the position of Vice President at Access Brand Communications, focusing on integrated communications strategy for major clients such as Philips, T-Mobile, and Goodyear. Prior experience includes Vice President and Director of Client Service at Access Emanate in London, where Miniushka managed corporate positioning for Unilever and the UNHCR, along with roles in reputation management and corporate communications for prominent organizations like Bank of America and United Technologies. Miniushka began a career in corporate communications at various agencies, including Havas PR UK and Spider PR, and also completed an internship at the United Nations, contributing to messaging on sustainable development goals. Miniushka holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Relations from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communication Studies from Swansea University.
