Luis Loyola is a seasoned professional in the field of information systems and digital communication, currently serving as the Latam Region Representative at ALLM Inc. since January 2019. As a co-founder and director at both EduImpulsa and FollowUP Customer Experience, Luis brings extensive entrepreneurial experience, including founding Kidint, a Chilean-Japanese education startup that develops educational software for young students. A former part-time lecturer at Universidad Diego Portales and general manager of the R&D division at Skillupjapan, Luis has contributed significantly to research and development in mobile communications and digital content delivery. Earlier roles include senior researcher positions at NTT DoCoMo Research Laboratories and DoCoMo Euro-Labs, focusing on advanced wireless communication protocols and data distribution technologies. Luis holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from The University of Electro-Communications and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
