Careena Cheah

Careena Cheah has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and legal. Careena has worked at allnex as the Human Resources Director for APAC since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Regional HR Manager for ROA from January 2020 to October 2022 and the Regional HR Business Partner for ROA from May 2019 to January 2020. Careena also served as the HR Manager for MYS, SGP, AUS from 2012 to April 2019 at the same company. Before joining allnex, they worked at Cytec Solvay Group in a legal role from 2005 to 2011 and at UCB in a legal position from June 2002 to 2005.

Careena Cheah holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Tasmania. Careena also has additional certifications including being a Certified Insights Discovery Facilitator and having Korn Ferry 360 Certification, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Certification, and Korn Ferry Leadership Potential.
