Sean Thompson

Sean Thompson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President for the Americas Region at allnex since August 2015, Sean has also held the role of Director of Human Resources in the same region. Prior to allnex, Sean worked as a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at Otis Elevator Company and as a Human Resources Manager at United Technologies Corporation, where responsibilities included supporting significant employee populations and overseeing multiple HR functions. Notable achievements include driving change management initiatives and restructuring organizations into Centers of Excellence. Sean began a career in human resources at Lockheed Martin Corp., handling various managerial roles and facilitating labor relations. Sean's early experience includes service in the US Navy as a Catapult Technician and Operator. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
