Simone Vigano

Simone Vigano's work experience includes positions at allnex and ExxonMobil. At allnex, they served as the Global Business Director for Adhesives & Composites, and prior to that, they were the Global Marketing Director for Radcure. At ExxonMobil, Simone held various roles, including Senior Market Development Director, Regional Sales Director, Global Sales Planning Manager, Business Development Manager Europe, Technical Service Engineer, and Sales Representative. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed cross-functional teams, and achieved significant sales growth.

Simone Vigano holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained from 1993 to 2000. Simone also completed various leadership programs, including the ExxonMobil Advanced Leadership Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2015, the ExxonMobil General Leadership Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2013, and the ExxonMobil Enterprise Leadership Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2010.
