David Waiting

David Waiting is an experienced electrical professional with a diverse background in electrical inspection and project management. Currently serving as an Electrical Inspector at Allnorth Consultants Limited since October 2024, David previously held the position of President and Master Electrician at HECK Electric Inc. since February 2002, overseeing on-site construction, project estimating, accounting, and asset management. Between August 2016 and October 2024, David worked as an Electrical Safety Codes Officer at Dynamysk Automation Ltd., focusing on regulatory compliance and quality assurance in electrical inspections. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Olds Electric from 2000 to 2004. David's education includes a Safety Codes Electrical Officer certification from Alberta Safety Codes Training and degrees in Master Electrician and Electrician studies from NAIT, as well as ongoing studies in the Master Electrician Program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
