Oleg-Jean Dascălu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research and corporate consultancy. Currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Allo since April 2018, Oleg-Jean previously held the position of Head of Marketing Research at ALLO LLC. From 2000 to 2013, Oleg-Jean was the VP of Research at Action Data Group, where responsibilities included market research, corporate identity surveys, competitive analysis, due diligence, HR consulting, and retail audits. Oleg-Jean co-founded Epsiona srl, a psychotherapy office, from 1996 to 2004, and owned DAS Import Export srl, specializing in international trade for industrial and consumer goods, from 1991 to 1998.
