Anita Bawa

Anita Bawa is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Quality Site Head at Allogene Therapeutics since September 2019, Anita leads the quality organization at a manufacturing facility in Newark, CA, overseeing various quality functions and preparing for regulatory inspections. Prior to this role, Anita held key positions such as Head of Quality Control and Compliance Strategic Initiatives at Sutro Biopharma and Head of Quality Control at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing large teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading significant quality projects.
