Ming Yu

Ming Yu has a rich and varied work experience in the field of medicinal chemistry. They started their career at Amgen in 2004, where they held positions as a Scientist and later worked as a Senior Scientist until 2014. In 2015, Ming Yu joined Amgen Massachusetts as a Senior Scientist for a few months before transitioning to Global Blood Therapeutics. At Global Blood Therapeutics, Ming Yu served as a Senior Scientist I/II and later as a Staff Scientist and Project Leader from 2015 to 2020. In 2021, they moved on to Neuron23 Inc., where they worked as a Director until 2022. Currently, Ming Yu is a Senior Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Allorion Therapeutics, where they started in November 2022.

Ming Yu received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004.
