Yipin Lu

Yipin Lu has extensive work experience in the field of informatics and data science. From 2021 onwards, they worked at Allorion Therapeutics, first as the Director, Head of Informatics and later as the Senior Director, Head of Informatics. Prior to this, Yipin worked at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) starting in 2006. Yipin'sroles at NIBR included Associate Director & Senior Principal Data Science / Senior Investigator I, CADD, Investigator III / Investigator II, Computer-Aided Drug Discovery, and Research Investigator I.

Yipin Lu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical chemistry from Beijing Medical University. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Medicinal Chemistry at Peking University Health Science Center. Subsequently, Yipin Lu completed their PhD in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Michigan. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Statistics from the same university.
