Melania Maiorelli

Melania Maiorelli is a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at Allos, part of Fiven, since November 2023. Previously, Melania worked as an HR Trainee Recruiter at 365 gradi from May to November 2023, supporting recruiting and headhunting activities. From April 2021 to October 2022, Melania served as the Referente Master in Gestione Ambientale Strategica at the Università degli Studi di Padova, responsible for developing training projects, managing logistics and communications, and coordinating with students and professionals. Prior experience includes an HR Trainee role at Spinlife, where Melania assisted in training course management and organization. Melania holds a Laurea Magistrale in Psicologia del lavoro e delle organizzazioni and a Laurea triennale in Scienze psicologiche sociali e del lavoro from the Università degli Studi di Padova, along with a secondary education diploma from Liceo Machiavelli-Capponi in Florence and an English language course from IELS Malta.
