Kevin Zhang

Kevin Zhang has been a venture capitalist since 2016, when they became a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures. At Bain Capital Ventures, they were an Investor and Principal and co-invested in Lithos Carbon, Feathery, Vesta, and Command E. In 2021, they became a Series A Investor and Board Member at Playbook and a Seed/Series A Investor and Board Member at Column Tax. Kevin was also a Lead Seed Investor at Finley Technologies, Inc. and Hightouch. In 2020, they became a Series A/B Investor and Board Observer at Hightouch and a Lead Seed Investor at Alloy Automation. In 2022, they became a Venture Partner at Bain Capital Crypto, co-investing in Sense Finance, Variational Research, and Lumina, and a Founding & Lead Seed Investor at Skip. Kevin was also a Lead Seed Investor at Mintlify and a Seed/Series A Investor and Board Observer at Relay Financial.

Kevin Zhang received their BA in Economics - Political Science from Columbia University and their public high school diploma from J.P. Stevens High School.
