Luis Garcia

Luis Garcia is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as President of Alloy Machine Works, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Luis worked at TAM International as Director of Engineering from November 2015 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading an engineering team in the design, development, testing, and commercialization of service tool and inflatable products, as well as providing technical support across various teams. Luis also held the position of Engineering Manager at HydraWell Inc. from June 2013 to October 2015, focusing on the creation of company procedures and management of engineering project budgets and schedules. Earlier in the career, Luis was the Engineering Team Lead at Baker Hughes from July 2003 to May 2013, overseeing the completion of new product development projects and serving as a subject matter expert for the Sand Control product line. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston.
